Fox Island Salmon Charters uses only quality equipment with names you know and trust like St. Croix fishing rods & Shimano reels, Scotty electric downriggers, Lowrance electronics, TR-1 Auto Pilots and Silver Horde fishing tackle. We chose North River as our charter boat, with a 150 HP Yamaha Outboard and a quiet & clean burning Yamaha 8 HP High thrust trolling motor. Our 20’ North River Seahawk get us to the fishing grounds safe and fast.

Safety is important to us and our North River is equipped with state of the art electronics from Lowrance. Fog can roll in very quickly and our Lowrance X110C has 24 mile radar to help us get back to the dock safely if visibility is low. Our Lowrance also has a very detailed fish finder and chart plotter. We also have dual GPS systems and dual VHF radios. Sirius Satellite radio and a quality CD player is also onboard incase you need to break out in dance while battling your fish….. For your comfort our North River Seahawk has a soft top and side curtains and a quality heater to make your day of fishing as comfortable as possible. Rain happens in the Northwest.
