I have been around many guides and many of them can catch fish. What seperates Jim from the rest of the pack? He genuinely loves to fish and wants those around him to enjoy the experience as well. Most boats were barely able to scratch up a King. Everyone that is but Jim. He was playing a hunch and using a technique that was very different from what the rest of the fleet was dragging around. Did he keep it to himself? Nope... Not only was he turning everyone on to the technique but was giving away the lures for free to other guys at Snow Creek.
